Is your pupil distance not noted in your glasses prescription? No problem! This can be determined quickly and easily using our online tool.
1. Place your phone or laptop on a stable surface in a bright room. Unfortunately, the tool does not currently work with the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Safari and Edge.
2. Hold a card in credit card format at the top and hold it flat against your forehead.
3. If you wear glasses, please take them off. Look directly into the camera and not at yourself.
4. Make sure that access to your camera is allowed. Once the scan is done, your PD will be displayed. If you have already ordered new glasses, please send the result to our customer service.
You are welcome to send us a frontal photo of yourself by email and we will determine your pupil distance using our optician software. Your photo will be treated in strict confidence and will not be passed on to third parties. If you have ordered glasses to try on at home, please send us a frontal photo with the selected glasses. If you ordered your glasses with glazing directly from our shop, simply hold a ruler horizontally over your eyebrows in the photo.
The pupil distance (PD) is the distance from the centre of the pupil to the centre of the nose bridge (usually between 25-40 mm).
