Designer, DJ, globetrotter and cultural impresario Marcelo Burlon launched his County of Milan collection in 2012. Burlon's ethos: Think Local, Act Global. Born in Argentina and based in Milan, the designer pays homage to his native Patagonia and 90s club culture by reinterpreting the possibilities of streetwear, music and brand identity. What began as a line of printed T-shirts has evolved into a brand closely aligned with Burlon's techno and club roots. County of Milan draws on the subversive iconography of counterculture to convey its theme of exuberance and freedom. County of Milan is made in its birthplace of Italy and is heavily influenced by the latest trends, combining delicate craftsmanship with the creative, distorted and sometimes maximalist graphics that have become the brand's signature. Inspired by retro designs, County of Milan features the brand's distinctive iconic cross motif on the sides.
